Speaker: Matt Jacobs, Senior Digital Coordinator for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the US Department of State. He serves as the chief digital communications strategist and is charged with modernizing and standardizing the Bureau's approach to 21st century statecraft. He founded the European Digital Diplomacy Exchange, an intergovernmental network committed to increasing members’ collective capacities to implement strategic digital communications.
