20 November 2012In a modest ceremony the Rector South East European University-Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika and the President of the University Board Prof. Dr. Dennis Farrington promoted several professors of the university who were appointed in teaching-scientific title Full Professor and Associate Professor,who in this occasion the appointment of these professors assessed as an important academic event.

SEEU Organized Indoor Football Tournament on the Occasion of the 100 Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Albania
14 November 2012The Nationwide Indoor Football Tournament was declared opened by the SEEU Rector’s Advisor for Public Relations, Mr. Demush Bajrami. The achieved results in this festive tournament are as follows: National Team of Kosova – SEE University 3-1, National Team of Albania – National team of Kosova 7:5, SEE University – National Team of Albania 2:3.

International Summer School on the Development of Future Leaders was Held at SEEU
28 August 2012From 13 to 26 August an International Summer School was held at the South East European University in Tetovo, where various topics were discussed for the development of future leaders. The event was attended by students from 19 different countries of the world, such as USA, China, Russia, Ukraine, Jordan, Czech Republic, Egypt, and Western Balkan countries.

SEEU Holds Training in Krushevo for the Entire Staff
27 August 2012SEEU’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika, said that the aim of this training is for the staff to become personalized with the University. There were international experts as trainers in this training programme. “Quality and motivation”, was the topic of the training, held by the Executive Director of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), in Macedonia, Mr. Chris Henshaw. He spoke about different aspects of leadership and motivation of employees.

South East European University Successfully ended the Regional Tempus Project: Entrepreneurship and Local Economic Development (ELED) in Macedonia
17 July 2012The aim of this Tempus project was to establish a study programme that would provide high quality specialist education in entrepreneurship and local economic development at the Masters level and to contribute to the creation of an entrepreneurial environment in the Republic of Macedonia by training specialists needed by the labour market.
