The Turkish guest was hosted by SEEU’s Rector Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika, who informed him on the development of higher education in Macedonia and about the academic and research process at the University, stressing SEEU’s commitment to prepare skilled students for the global labour market. He also informed the Turkish MP about the cooperation with prestigious Turkish universities and SEEU’s accreditation in the Turkish Higher Education Council (YOK) which has accredited SEEU degrees.
"We are interested in good Turkish students, starting from the fact that we are a university with solid European and American values," said Rector Dika.
"You have a wonderful campus and conditions, this would be impressive for students from Turkey, and if I were to be asked, I would suggest exactly this university. I will be lobbying for this university in order that Turkish students can come and study at SEEU," said the Turkish MP Mr. Türkkan.
