Cooperation Memorandum between South East European University and Macedonian Institute for Public Health
7 March 2013On Wednesday (6 March 2013) the Macedonian Institute for Public Health and South East European University signed a cooperation memorandum in Tetovo, for the regulation of mutual relations in carrying out higher education goals, scientific research and health activities and to regulate the employment issues of teachers and associates.

SEEU Winner of the Sixth Edition of the University Ski Competition
5 March 2013Second place went to State University of Tetovo (SUT), and the third, to St. Cyril and Methodius University. In the men's individual competition, the winner was Gentian Kurtishi followed by Besar Iljazi and Martin Martinovski. In the womens category, the winner was Ivana Ivçevska followd by Ivana Ivanovsksa and Ardiana Bjarami. There was a high level organization of the competition by SEEU.

The Council of the Municipality of Saraj releases SEEU from paying the municipal fees for building the University Campus
28 February 2013The expansion of the university campus in Skopje in September 2008, was completed with the recruitment of students according to SEEU’s expectations in both first cycle and second cycle programmes, this is result of the diversity of the study programmes in Albanian and Macedonian language of instruction, but also study programmes in English, which were designed by international experts depending on market requirements.

International Communication Students Learn from the Experiences of U.S. Ambassador Constance A. Morella

Morella visited the campus of the South East European University in Tetovo on Tuesday afternoon (26 February 2013). On this occasion Ambassador Morella gave a lecture to SEEU students of the study program International Communication in the Faculty of Languages, Cultures and Communication.

Next Success: South East European University Gains the Right for TOEFL Testing in Macedonia
14 February 2013On Tuesday (February 12, 2013), the Rector of the South East European University, Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika and the Director of Global ETS (Educational Testing Service) from Tirana, Albania, Dr. Ines Dika, signed a memorandum of cooperation for TOEFL testing (Test of English as a Foreign Language) thereby making SEEU a TOEFL testing centre in Macedonia.

23 November 2012Initially the participants were welcomed by the Head of the European Commission Representation in Austria, Richard Kühnel, who appreciated the results of the Progress Report for Kosovo and Feasibility Study, stating that Kosovo is on a good path towards alignment with the EU.
