The memorandum was signed by the SEEU’s Rector-Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika and the Director of Institute for Public Health, Mr. Shaban Memeti
Rector Dika emphasized that within SEEU, the Institute of Environment and Health functions, is servering as basis for a new study programme for which the University has applied before the competent accreditation institutions.
“We expect that this new program will contribute towards the enhancement of the quality of services in public health. We have the capacity to prepare staff that can follow contemporary trends for the management of public health”, said Rector Dika.
“We remain open for cooperation because we believe that professional experience and scientific expertise that researchers together possess, will result with new and original contributions for the advancement of public health”, said Director Memeti.
The new program in Health Management and Public Health is expected to be offered with the start of the new academic year.
