South East European University marks its 15th Anniversary of Establishment
23 November 2016South East European University marked the 15th anniversary of its establishment in a solemn ceremony attended by numerous diplomats, like HE Jess L. Baily – US Ambassador, HE Dr. Christine Althauser- Ambassador of Germany, HE Samuel Žbogar- EU Ambassador, Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission, Ambassador of Italy, Ambassador of Poland, Mayor of the Municipality of Tetovo, Rector of University of Tetova, Rector of University of Bitola, representatives of University Mother Teresa, businesses representatives, students, alumni and staff. The ceremony was held on the Tetovo campus on 18 November 2016.

A Climb of 'Korab' Peak Begins the Activities to Mark the 15th Anniversary of SEEU
5 October 2016A few days ago members of the SEEU Mountain Hiking Association climbed the Peak of Mount ‘Korab’ as part of the activities for marking the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of SEEU. 'Korab’ is one of the highest mountains of Eastern Europe--2764 m above sea level--and it lies along the border between Macedonia and Albania.

He began, "For the majority of you, the word rector is the first new word that you hear at the beginning of your student career. The position of Rector is somewhat similar to that of the director of the high schools you have come from. So this position means responsibility to manage all the promises that we make regarding the studies and the student life in campus, and to assure that we maintain the right quality.”

The President of the University Board, Prof Dr Dennis Farrington, visited Armenia
2 July 2016During the week in Armenia, on behalf of the Council of Europe Prof Farrington finalized the report on codes of ethics, which was presented by him personally to the Minister of Education and Science of Armenia, Mr Levon Mkrtchyan.
