Legal Services and Procurement Office as part of the Secretariat intends to fulfil the mission of the South East European University.

Legal Services is committed to provide qualitative and on time services for the University staff and students through effective interpretation of legal provisions in the field of higher education and other fields, also provides interpretation of the Statute, rules and procedures of the university and consultation about the same.

Procurement Service is committed through a transparent, fair and competitive process, in accordance with laws, rules and procedures of the university to provide qualitative and on time services for the university staff and students, and external clients.  

The Archive through systematization and electronic archiving takes care for one of the most valuable assets of the university - documents that are associated with the history of the university, supporting documents during the decision-making process and other documents by offering qualitative and transparent service for the university staff and students, and external clients.
