SEEU signs tripartite memorandum of cooperation for the British Parliamentary Debate program
2 October 2025Today, at South East European University in Tetovo, a tripartite memorandum of cooperation was signed between SEEU, the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), and the Youth Educational Forum (YEF). The memorandum was signed by SEEU Rector, Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi, together with representatives of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and Youth Educational Forum.

22 September 2025South East European University (SEEU) continues to demonstrate its leading role in academia through the achievements of its professors. For the sixth consecutive time, the Pro-Rector for Research, Planning and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani, has been ranked among the world’s Top 2% most cited researchers, according to the prestigious evaluation conducted by Stanford University in collaboration with the scientific publishing house Elsevier.

Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi Appointed as the New Rector of SEEU
5 June 2025On June 5th, 2025, at the 55th meeting of the University Board, the South East European University (SEEU) Board appointed Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi as the new Rector of the University for a three-year term, following a secret ballot. Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi succeeds the third Rector of SEEU, Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, who successfully led this unique institution of higher education in North Macedonia for two consecutive terms.
