The seminar aims to deliver an unforgettable experience that will convey a holistic picture about Innovation Management in Europe and will keep students confident in their skills for times to come.
Embedded into a virtual collaboration students will perform an international challenge in cross-cultural teams. The challenge offers a highly intense business learning environment. In teams of four students shall manage a business endeavour of their own. The innovation challenge will be enriched by lectures via videoconference (one from each university). Finally, students will justify their performance in a virtual meeting. In order to challenge student’s ambiguity tolerance and innovative attitude, obtaining seminar’s credits is linked to their performance in the challenge.
