This program involves a multidisciplinary approach to broadening and deepening, differentiation of education within the legal-political-economic and legal studies in the second cycle.
These are studies that are built from 3 modules that fall within the scope of contemporary international legal studies.
Modules that are provided are:
- International law;
- International Relations;
- International Business Law;
At a time of world globalization, which is the main driver of global integration processes, it is crucial to recognize the importance of these international flows which are representatives of foreign and internal drivers of public policies and programs which dynamics are based on international law and international relations. These legal and political relations are implemented in international business that builds alliances and makes conflicts within national and international frameworks. Given the growing importance of these areas and trends to our country and its involvement in these global integrations, the program is designed to have the capacity to respond to these emerging needs of the country.
After completion of this study program students will be able, on the basis of acquired knowledge and skills, to work in the national institutions that implement the law, especially international law, international business law and international relations, and international institutions and organizations, which require this kind of professional education and skills from their staff. Students that will focus on international law have the possibility of continuing education in the national legal system and practicing of the national law.

This course introduces students to the basic structures of the German language. The participants will develop their communicative competence in reading, listening, speaking and writing. The students will be introduced to the listening strategies and will be able to get meaning of the cultural information from reading simple texts. Also, phonetic peculiarities will be practiced in communicative contexts.

This course is designed for students with previous knowledge. In this course, we will go beyond the simple communication, so that participants can discuss in more complex sentence structures their family and friends, about plans for the future and the past. The students will learn the declension of adjectives. They will practice reading and listening techniques and improve their pronunciation in special phonetics exercises. They will also write first coherent texts.

In this course, more complex structures and communicative competence in the German language are taught. The students will be able to express their wishes and intentions and to describe temporal sequences. They can communicate in everyday situations (such as housing, travel, orientation, relations) communicate. More sophisticated oral and written texts will be the main objective of the lesson. The students will get information about the culture from authentic materials (newspaper articles, short literary texts). The writing skill will be practiced through writing simple texts.

Multilingualism and multiculturalism
The purpose of this subject will be multilingualism in multicultural societies as a social phenomenon. This phenomenon is massive in the world. During the lectures, more precise terms such as monoculturalism and multiculturalism will be considered. The term ‘linguistic nationalism’ has at least two forms of this nationalism, which collide with each other: for the leaders of the most powerful countries nationalism means expansion, and for minorities it takes the form of defiance and struggle for the affirmation of identity, despite such pressure. The emphasis during the program will be multiculturalism in education. In the schools curricula consists of contents from different cultures.

Throughout this course, students will have the opportunity to study the basic concepts of the law of international trade organizations with special emphasis on the World Trade Organization IMF, IBRD, IFC, WIPO, etc.
In connection with the World Trade Organization of special interest is the study of the following aspects: basic trade principles such as non-discrimination in trade relations, the historical development of the WTO and ILO starting from GATT 1947 to the WTO in 1995, the membership of states, separate customs territories and EU in the WTO, the sources of law of the WTO including the general and specific structure and organization of the World trade Organisation and special mechanisms to resolve international trade disputes in the WTO.

The course offers theoretical, practical and comprehensive view of international arbitration process of creating arbitration tribunals, through monitoring and early first listening, the hearings themselves, and the final decision on specific cases.

This module enables students to transfer their skills and knowledge to research and make more complex task of Master-Thesis. The module is designed to be fully practical and students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to approach writing the paper. The module has unique return result-to enable students to write the master thesis with minimal difficulties, and with maximum efficiency. The course aims to improve research techniques and style of writing paper, taking account to stop illegal means, such as plagiarism and infringement of copyright, which are prohibited by the Statute of SEEU.
