“MOST” Building in the Old Bazaar -Skopje transforms into the SEEU Building

The building "MOST" as a symbol of the Old Bazaar in Skopje, which brings together municipalities Centre and Çair, today officially started to be adjusted into the building of the South East European University (SEEU).

It is an investment about 600,000 Euros, which is planned to be completed for a period of two months that will turn this building into a modern urban and education environment in Skopje.
At the ceremony were present both mayors of Centre and Çair, Andrej Zhernovski and Izet Mexhiti and SEEU professors and students.

“This initiative today carries two symbolic meanings or two distinctive meanings that our university has. Today is the 4th of July, the Independence Day of the United States of America, one of the main founders of the university and supporters of the idea of quality education for the integration of higher education with the needs of the labour market, but also representing the place where scientific research and innovation coexist in symbiosis. SEEU is just one of the European universities offering multilingual teaching in a multicultural environment. This particularity is an added value for our university students, helping them to be easily integrated into the workplace, where these features are very important for business and society in today's global village," said the Rector of the SEEU, Prof. Dr. Zamir Dika.
