Heather Henshaw takes up the position of Executive Advisor for Performance and Quality

From 31 August, 2010, Heather Henshaw takes up  the position of Executive Advisor for Performance and Quality. In this position, she has responsibility for the development, monitoring and evaluation of those Human Resource policies and procedures which impact on staff performance, such as recruitment, academic promotion, professional development and individual staff management.

The role also works across the institution in order to implement, enhance and evaluate identified quality initiatives and processes and to promote a total quality culture which enables academic and administrative staff to be highly competent, professional, self-motivated and well respected. The post holder will work collaboratively to promote the quality of the university internally and externally and will evaluate and disseminate new trends and best practice in HR management and quality.
