South East European University (SEEU) was represented by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi; the Vice-Rector for Planning, Research and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani; the Advisor for Community and International Relations, Prof. Dr. Besa Arifi; the Advisor for Academic Planning and Digitalization, Prof. Dr. Florije Ismaili, as well as the faculty deans.
During the debate, key issues were addressed, including university autonomy, quality assurance, funding, scientific research, and digitalization processes in higher education. SEEU representatives emphasized the importance of establishing a modern legal framework that ensures alignment with European standards, strengthens international competitiveness, and supports the sustainable development of the university sector.
The debate was moderated by Acad. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, in his capacity as Chair of the Council for the organization of the public debate at MANU.
SEEU’s active participation in this and other public debates reaffirms the University’s commitment to contributing to reform processes and advancing public policies in the field of higher education in the country.
