Direct marketing is a sub-discipline and type of marketing. Direct marketing, by definition represents the communication between the company and consumers in order to increase the sales and purchases of products, services and information through the internet, written and electronic media, mails, catalogues, prospects, etc (direct mail, e-mail, telemarketing).
Do small and medium sized enterprises in Macedonia communicate with the market or not, do they pay attention to forms of communication and how much is invested in promotion and direct marketing? To these and similar questions we answered through questionnaire (survey), which was realized in collaboration with the graduates of the Faculty of Business and Economy at South-East European University in 288 small and medium sized enterprises operating in our country.
