Rector Sadudin Ibraimi Presents His Vision and Program for the Development of SEEU (2025–2028)

“Our university will develop on three main pillars: People, Planet, and Progress, empowered by innovation. SEEU's greatest asset is and will remain its people. We will promote the professional development of staff, fairness in advancement, and active involvement in decision-making. Only together can we build an innovative, sustainable, and influential university in the region and beyond,” said Rector Ibraimi.

He emphasized the importance of academic transformation through the modernization of study programs, inclusive learning, and the establishment of the Center for Lifelong Learning and Career Development.

Presenting the strategic priorities, Rector Ibraimi underlined the University’s focus on creating a green campus and promoting environmental sustainability, digital transformation, internationalization of studies, as well as ensuring financial sustainability and modernizing infrastructure.

In conclusion, Rector Ibraimi highlighted the University's solid financial position and the positive trend of applications for the new academic year, noting a clear increase compared to last year.

At the end of his presentation, he expressed gratitude to the former Rector, Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, for his work and dedication in consolidating the University, while calling for the collective engagement of staff and students in the period ahead.
