The Rector of the South East European University, Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, who is also a member of the Fiscal Council, participated in the panel discussion. At this debate panel together with him were the Minister of Finance, Ms. Gordana Dimitrievska Koçovska, as well as the Chairman of the Fiscal Council, Mr. Gligor Bishev.
During the debate, the importance of good economic planning was emphasized, which requires accurate data on costs and expenditures from all institutions. Another main message was that without deep structural reforms, North Macedonia’s economic growth cannot exceed the level of 2.5%.
