SEEU – a motivational practice in higher education financing models in North Macedonia

In the organization of the Center for Strategic Research of Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts, the Inter-university Conference and the National Council for the Development of Higher Education, а scientific debate was held for the financing of high-level education, where rectors, pro-rectors, academicians, professors and the Director of the sector for higher education in the Ministry of Education and Science participated. Тhe Rector of the South East European University, Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti presented the SEEU’s financing model based on individual performances in teaching/learning, scientific research and social impact, as a unique and motivating practice in higher education financing models in North Macedonia.
