During these 4 days were presented about 350 papers in various fields of migration and were organized 2 plenary sessions and a round table.
Experts in the field of migration addressed various aspects of this phenomenon, presenting research, models for solving this problem, as well as presented concrete results related to this sensitive global sphere.
Staff of the Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences –Dean’s Office, the Dean Prof. Dr. Memet Memeti, and the Co-chair of this conference, Prof. Dr. Merita Zulfiu-Alili, permanently contributed to the progress of this academic event.
The Migration Conferences were launched at the Regent’s Center for Transnational Studies in 2012 when the first large-scale well attended international peer-reviewed conference with a focus on Turkish migration in Europe in Regent’s Park campus of Regent’s University London. Previous conferences have been attended by between 200 to 600 participants coming from all around the world in London (2012), London (2014), Prague (2015), Vienna (2016), Athens (2017), Lisbon (2018), and Bari (2019).
