“In order to reduce the number of young and skilled staff who leave the state, it is necessary for companies to stimulate employees with so-called external and internal factors,” said the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Prof. Dr. Izet Zeqiri.
At the forum, it was noted that domestic companies are not competitive with companies from Western European countries. Academician Abdylmenaf Bexheti sees the problem in the managers of the companies, which are crucial for the development of the companies in Macedonia, and "that's why employees decide to go abroad and progress in more successful companies.”
At the business forum, several of the owners of companies presented projects that--in cooperation with universities and the chambers of commerce in the country--aim to motivate the employees to stay and work in their companies and to advance in their field.
