Diturije Ismaili – Head of Research Office is the contact person for Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) and she attended the seminar as representative of South East European University.
The objective of this seminar was to prepare step 5 of the HRS4R- the external evaluation- and also to reduce the difference of levels between the participants. In addition to the main specific objective the Mutual Learning Seminar was an opportunity to reinforce two additional objectives:
- The team spirit between members of this cohort in order to facilitate cooperation and then positive results of the cohort’s activities
- The network effect which ease the relationship between members of the various cohorts.
South East European University within the cadre of the third cohort has prepared the gap analysis and it was sent to European Commission for evaluation. If the gap analysis and the action plan will be evaluated positively and accepted, SEEU will be acknowledged with ‘HRExcellence in Research' logo.
