Lejla Abazi-Bexheti achieves her PHD

            On Wednesday, November 19th 2009, at South East European University, Lejla Abazi-Bexheti, Assistant at the Faculty of Contemporary Sciences and Technologies, defended her doctoral dissertation in front of the commission consisting of: Prof Dr Aksenti Gërnarov, Prof Dr Zamir Dika (mentor), Doc Dr. Bekim Fetaji, Prof Dr Vladimir Radevski and Doc Dr Arbana Kadriu. The dissertation was entitled: A Reflective Investigation for in-house Development of a Learning Management System Using the Modular Approach.      


           “The research field of this doctoral dissertation is e-learning in Learning Management Systems. Learning and teaching is a complex process and includes different models” said Prof Dr Zamir Dika. According to him, this research hypothesis was studied in order to design an environment that offers optimal tools and models to follow current needs and learning trends.
Prof Dr Zamir Dika said that results from this research and the gained experience are presented and verified in many international conferences and published in different scientific reviews, by the candidate Lejla Abazi-Bexheti.
The commission congratulated her on her work and achievement of her PhD.
