This Agreement regulates the mutual rights and obligations between SEEU and the Agent regarding the identification of potential candidates from the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Azerbaijan for undergraduate study programs at SEEU.

PAN International Education was established in 2008 in Istanbul under the name Accept International Education. In 2018, it became part of GYG Global and underwent a rebranding process under the name PAN International Education.
