About Us

We are here to serve the students, faculty, staff and alumni through registration, record keeping, course and classroom management, and academic support. Thought these are our main services, we are not restricted to them. Our main responsibility is to complete student request regarding academic issues, or to direct students to assigned personnel per their request.
Our mission is to support teaching, learning and student development by maintaining the integrity of academic policies and the student information system.

The Registrar Office serves the students regarding:

Academic registration at the SEEU
Maintains all student academic records
Oversees records of subjects and semester
Maintains grade records
Conducts internal and external transfers
Drafts issuance of diplomas
Conducts institutional research and analytical reports on specific issues.

The Registry Office also produces grade transcripts and graduation certificates.

The Director of Student Services

The Director of Student Services (DSS) effectively coordinates projects and student service operations to ensure quality of service, oversees all activities and services provided within the framework of Student Services and serves as liaison between student admission and academic issues with Pro-Rectors, the Secretary-General and the Faculties. In particular, his responsibilities include institutional research and student counseling.
