SEEU Faculty of Business and Economics second year students visited the textile factory 'KOSOVATEX' in Prishtina, Kosovo

During the meeting with the management, discussions revolved around opportunities for further cooperation and, in principle, an agreement that distinguished SEEU students to be able to realize their internship in this factory and possibly even to be hired was reached .

Last week, SEEU students of the Faculty of Business and Economics visited KOSOVATEX, a textile factory and were informed about the history of this enterprise with a special emphasis on the privatization of this enterprise, from a state company into a private company. The General Director, Nexhmedin Ejupi informed the students about the privatization process of the company, which was done according to a spin-off special method in 2006 and spoke about the development plans of this company.
During the meeting with the management, discussions revolved around opportunities for further cooperation and, in principle, an agreement that distinguished SEEU students to be able to realize their internship in this factory and possibly even to be hired was reached .
Practical aspects and gathering of experiences from successful companies is a very important element in creating the personality of future managers, so students had the opportunity to see the development processes of an enterprise from start to the end.
KOSOVATEX employes 250 people with a tendency of continuous development in all sectors.
Students were pleased by this visit, hopping that future visits of this kind would be organized.
