The book consists of 32 essays by scholars who have worked with professor Bakotić at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb and in various international schools of law, the diplomatic academy, etc.
Most of the essays are written in English and six of them are written in French

“International Law and Human Rights” is the title of the essay written by Elena Andreevska, which is published as part of the book International Law: The Young Actors, New Concepts - The Continuing Dilemma, of the author Božidar Bakotić. The book is published on the occasion of the retirement of Professor Božidar Bakotić from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law, after a long and impressive career, which he began in 1961.
