Rector Bexheti at IBC-Mitrovica’s 15th Anniversary: A Call for Regional Cooperation in Higher Education

Representing the voice of regional university rectors, Prof. Bexheti delivered an address to the audience, emphasizing the importance of enhanced cooperation across higher education institutions in the Western Balkans. He highlighted the need for stronger regional collaboration, optimization of higher education institutions, and the establishment of regional centers of excellence in specific academic fields to avoid duplication of similar programs in a market with limited resources.

In this context, he also mentioned the successful cooperation between SEEU and IBC-M through the joint project "STAND", which was concluded successfully this year, strengthening the academic and research capacities of both institutions.
