The book "Economics19e" translated and adapted by Avdullah Hoti was promoted

"Economics19e", is the title of the book by authors Paul A Samuelson and William D. Nordhaus, translated and adapted by Avdullah Hoti, which today (March 29, 2023), was promoted at the South East European University in Tetovo organized by the Faculty of Business and Economics. In his address speech, the SEEU Rector Abdylmenaf Bexheti, thanked the author for choosing SEEU promote such an important book in the field of economics.

“The book translated and adapted by Avdullah Hoti represents a very necessary and quite useful work as it is dedicated to the Albanian area of higher education. I don't know and there hasn't been any other book that is more comprehensive and simpler in explaining the most complex economic issues" said Rector Bexheti, among other things.

The author of the book, Avdullah Hoti, thanked Rector Bexheti, Dean Hyrije Abazi-Halili for the organization and giving the opportunity to promote this book to the staff and students of the South East European University.

"It is a book that is not dedicated only to first-year students of economics, but also to all other majors. The book has many economic philosophies and is updated in each edition. For more than half a century, the book has stood the test of time and has become a guide not only for students and professors, but also for researchers and the wider public in the field of economics", said author Avdullah Hoti.

In the capacity of the writer of the foreword of the book, academician Isa Mustafa was present also at the promotion, who spoke about the book as a significant and important work in the field of economics.

Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, Prof. Dr. Hyrije Abazi-Alili, who moderated the promotion, expressed her satisfaction that the Faculty is the host of this significant event for the literature of economics.
