The 4th International Balkan Autism Conference is held

The 4th International Balkan Autism Conference, is held at the South East European University on Saturday and Sunday (April 2-3), organized by the South East European University and Heimerer College - Therapeutic Center and supported by the World Autism Organization, Autismedia and Espa Research.

The conference is held on the occasion of April 2 - World Autism Awareness Day.

On behalf of the Rector Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, the Pro-Rector for Academic Planning and Digitalization, Prof. Dr. Adrian Besimi addressed the participants.

"The University has a very fruitful cooperation with Heimerer College and today's conference is proof that this cooperation will increase and expand, especially with the opening of the new Faculty of Health Sciences" said in his address speech Pro-Rector Besimi.

The President of the Conference, Dr. Bojan Radic, said that autism is very little known in the Balkans and the main purpose of the Conference is to help raise awareness in the Balkan countries, as we have data that in these countries very little is known about autism.

The conference aims to provide useful information for parents, students and professionals in the field.

During the two days, world-renowned experts will lecture in front of the audience, where on the first day the medical approach is included and on the second day the educational approach on autism.
