The conference was organized by SEEU Faculty of Law and SEEU Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences.
Rector of South East European University, Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti had a welcome address in which he praised the role that academia is playing in terms of studying the functioning of rule of law and governance during pandemic.
Keynote speakers of the conference were: Prof. Rudina Jasini, from the Faculty of Law -University of Oxford; Prof. Anamarija Musa, from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb; the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Adnan Jashari and the Dean of the Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Memet Memeti.
The conference was held in four sessions, where scientific papers were presented on topics such as: "Rule of law and human rights in times of pandemic"; "Challenges and opportunities for governance in pandemic era"; "New social normality" and "Administration of justice in pandemic time".
Conference participants presented scientific papers and brought up good practices of rule of law and governance in pandemic times.
