Student Parliament and Association of SEEU distributed free masks and gloves for citizens of Tetovo and Skopje

Today (7th April), representatives of the Student Parliament and Association of SEEUin the center of Tetovo and Skopje, have distributed free masks and gloves for citizens, in order to contribute to the prevention of the spread and protection from the risks of pandemic virus COVID-19.

“Our message to the citizens of RNM is to respect the new measures taken by the Government of RNM, while we suggest to the students to stay at home and follow the lectures online, just as we have started from the second day since measures of preventions were taken, and now we will have the opportunity to take the exams online." – says Agron Demiri, President of the Student Parliament and Association of SEEU.

South East European University since the beginning of the risk of the spread of coronavirus has taken all measures to protect students and staff, but without endangering the teaching process. Having experience in distance learning, academic staff and students adapted immediately and this way was quickly accepted at mas by student participation.

In addition to mass participation in distance learning, the Student Parliament and Association of SEEU in support of the contribution to this extraordinary situation, has joined the global campaign to raise awareness of the population to stay at home. They, through creative photography, try to convey the message why it is important to stay home to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
