The President of the University Board, in the capacity of expert of the Council of Europe, this week is attending meetings in Yerevan, Armenia, to discuss with the Ministry of Education and Science, Universities and other organisations revisions of the draft higher education law, a project started in 2012. Among other items in the draft law, which is a framework much shorter than the current law dating from 2004, and a potential model for North Macedonian authorities, is the inclusion of the codes of conduct for managers, staff and students.
