"With the grant we have gained (first phase), we will be able to experiment with Cloud Computing Technology, using the wireless nodes, distributed in Antwerp, Belgium. The results of the experiments are supposed to be in the service of SEEU TechPark companies and will enable master and doctorate students to publish at the most renowned world conferences" says Selimi.
This is the first co-operation between the Max van der Stoel Institute and the Business Innovation Centre, in terms of collaboration between researchers and industry, using the centre as a link for this collaboration.
Fed4Fire is H2020 Project, which finances innovative ideas and experiments from the field of ICT, supporting modern and contemporary equipment. Fed4FIRE provides the largest base of online generation experimentation champions, supporting a wide range of diverse research and innovation communities and initiatives in Europe, 5G testing projects and initiatives.
Project implementation starts in August and will end in November this year.
