Presentation on Blockchain Technology by Dr. Mennan Selimi in the Alumni week presentation at IMVDS

Within the activities of the Institute Max van der Stoel (IMVDS)--presentation of the University Alumni who are abroad, Dr. Mennan Selimi, on Wednesday (19 June 2019), delivered a presentation titled ‘Towards Blockchain-enabled Wireless Mesh Networks’.

Based on his experience at the University of Cambridge, UPC Barcelona and startup Ammbr, he gave detailed explanation about Blockchain Technology and its application in wireless telecommunications networks.

Blockchain is innovative technology, which aims functional and safe use of virtual currencies (in particular Bitcoin).

Mennan Selimi is newly appointed Associate Professor at the Max van der Stoel Institute (SEEU), previously, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge.
