This meeting brought together university and government representatives from China and 17 Central and Eastern Europe Countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Check Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia). The aim of this consortium is to establish and develop good cooperation and exchange of experiences between the universities in China and in Central and East European Countries.
