Students of the Department of International Communications at SEEU--who attend the courses entitled 'Introduction to International Relations' and 'Introduction to Political Sciences' taught by Prof. Dr. Veton Latifi--visited the Embassy of the United States of America in Skopje on November 4th2016.
On this occasion they attended a presentation designed for them by the officials of the Embassy regarding the presidential elections in the USA.
Consular Officer Benjamin Swanson spoke to the students about the election process in the U.S. and answered their questions about the topic. The students additionally attended a presentation on available educational exchange programs with the USA.
The visit of SEEU’s students concluded with a tour of the Embassy facilities and in particular they were informed about the ways in which this, the largest diplomatic mission in the country, is functioning.
