The forum was organized by the Institute Max van der Stoel and Italian language students. The topic of the forum was ‘Creativity and Design’. Within this commemoration to the students were shown three short feature movies with the themes of creativity and inspiration. In relation to these themes Prof. Dr. Vladimir Radevski gave a presentation entitled ‘Creativity in Computer Sciences’, while Prof. Dr. Veton Latifi gave a presentation titled ‘Is there Creativity in Diplomacy?’.
During the student-focused debate, the conclusion was reached that creativity is a driving force of life, and is a mechanism for fulfilling one's ambitions. All of us recognize the need to be engaged in order to transform creativity into action and thus to contribute to the development of the culture of the society in which we live.
One movie that raised much interest was the one by the well known Italian director Giuseppe Tornatore, entitled ‘Correspondence’ ('La Corrispondenza').
Also within the Week of the Italian Language an exposition was organized with student works, through which they had the possibility to express their creativity.
