Memorandum of Cooperation between South East European University and the Ministry of Justice of Macedonia

The subject of this Memorandum of Cooperation is the provision of professional support by the Ministry of Justice in enabling staff to take the bar exam at South East European University in Tetovo.

The Ministry of Justice is committed to provide necessary experts from the staff of the Ministry of Justice who, with their expert knowledge, will participate in the training and preparation of candidates for taking the bar exam at the SEEU Law Faculty on the Tetovo campus.
The Ministry of Justice, at the request of SEE University, will provide information on the content of the bar exam and any amendments or supplements to the law on the bar exam, the manner of taking the exam, and other important issues related to the bar exam.
The way the training of candidates and all other matters related to the maintenance of lectures regarding the bar exam will be regulated by an act of the University.
