SEEU wins Award in the Nationwide University Ski Competitions

Participating in this contest were teams from the University of Tirana, the University of Korça, the University of Prishtina, University ABB Kosovo, SUT - Tetovo and SEEU Tetovo. South East European University also this time was a technical organizer of these competitions, along with the State University of Tetovo.

In the team placement the first place went to SUT, second to UP and third place to SEEU.

The competitions were officially opened by the President of the Albanian National Olympic Committee Viron Bezhani. In this sporting event the Deputy Minister of Education and Sports of the Republic of Albania, Rauf Dimraj, was also present.

Menan Memedi, Head of the SEEU Sport Department hereby declared:

“I am very pleased that we came in Korça, as we promised last year to participants from Korça, namely to Thoma Thasho: that next year the university competitions will be organized ​on the ski slops of Bigel-Korça, so here we are this year. I think that competitions were successful and very competitive in quality. We had competitors from Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia. Once again we have proven that with good will and with great devotion such an arrangement can be made and excellent results can be achieved.”

First place – SUT - Dardan Dehari

Second place - UP - Dardan Pupovci

Third place – SEEU - Besar Iljazi

First place –University of Tirana - Paola Tasho

Second place – SUT- Arbnora Dehari

Third place - UP - Vlora Jashari
