This initiative first started earlier in the form of a blog on the internet and later the editorial board decided to publish the magazine in print version with the financial and logistic support of the Faculty Business and Economics Dean’s Office, the Dean Prof. Dr. Izet Zeqiri, the Pro-Rector for Planning and Development, Prof. Dr Abdylmenaf Bexheti, Pro-Dean Mr. Sadri Alija MSc, and other staff members.
The Faculty of Business and Economics publishes a magazine of its own for the first time, which constitutes an innovation in building professionalism.
The word Utilita means usefulness or what is good and what is bad - implying that this magazine will benefit all those who want to know more about the economy and changes in the business environment.
The pioneer founders of this magazine are: Leutrim Mehmedi, Besnik Ademi, Gent Qamili and Almir Avzija, all being SEEU Faculty of Business and Economics second year students. Supporters and authors of several columns in the magazine are students of the Faculty of Business and Economics as well.
