Strategic Academic Collaboration between the South East Europeаn University and the University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani”

The Rector of SEEU, Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi, highlighted SEEU’s leading role in this collaboration, describing it as an opportunity to develop scientific and innovative projects, promote academic exchange, and enhance the professional capacities of both institutions. Meanwhile, the Rector of the University of Elbasan, Prof. Dr. Elvira Fetahu, emphasized the importance of the collaboration and the potential for exchanging academic and research experiences.

The SEEU delegation included Academician Abdylmenaf Bexheti, Vice-Rector for Planning, Research, and Entrepreneurship-Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani, Advisor for Community and International Relations-Prof. Dr. Besa Arifi, and Advisor for Academic Planning and Digitalization-Prof. Dr. Florije Ismaili.

The agreement includes joint academic and research activities, staff and student exchanges, collaborative research and doctoral programs, and opportunities for international cooperation. The parties also commit to respecting intellectual property, maintaining confidentiality, and managing resources transparently.

This collaboration highlights SEEU’s role in advancing scientific projects and strengthening higher education at both universities.
