The Vice-Rector for Planning, Research, and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani, participated in this event and presented two scientific papers: “Bridging Knowledge Gaps: The Impact of Returnee Entrepreneurs on Business, Education, and Innovation” and “The Impact of Informal Competition on Proactive Environmental Strategies in the Western Balkans.” The main objective of the conference was to scientifically address issues related to demographic changes and labor market dynamics as part of the sustainable economic development challenges in the region. The conference served as an important platform for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and research findings among professors, scholars, and international experts.
