A number of people from different departments in the Embassy presented during this session: Ryan Rowlands, Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission in Macedonia, Thomas Navratil, Political and Economic Officer Darren Hultman, Human Resources Officer Erin Hamrick, Major Todd Goff from the Office for Defense Cooperation, Community Liaison Officer Allison Blackman, Vice Consul Charles Hornbostel, and Regional Security Officer Bart Brown. The presentations were followed by lively discussions. The visit was concluded with a short tour of the Embassy building. As Ryan Rowlands told us: “This is the first Meet the Embassy program – one of a series we intend to continue into the future with students from different educational institutions in Macedonia”. SEEU students visited the U.S. Embassy
9 December 2009On December 2, students who take the course Introduction to American Studies from the English Language Department at the South East European University led by their professors Aida Koci, Brikena Xhaferi and Hajrulla Hajrullai visited the U.S. Embassy for a short presentation and a tour.
