SEEU opens its doors in Skopje for high school students

About 400 high school students from Skopje, Kumanovo and Zhitoshe, visited South East European University –Skopje Campus. A team tasked especially with presenting the 2016/2017 study offer explained in details about the type of studies available at SEEU, the advantages of our programmes and the value of our degrees.

Earlier this month, ‘SEEU Open Day’ was organized in the university campus in Tetovo, at which the number of visitors was around 1000. A high number of interested high school students and their family members from Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, the Preshevo Valley and other places participated. SEEU studies in the capital take another cultural dimension.

"From the moment that we were determined to place our University campus in the building called 'Bridge', in spaces that connect the Old Bazaar with the rest of Skopje, we have considered that in addition to the academic and scientific mission, SEEU represents a distinctive feature of an environment that provides most advanced standards of contemporary knowledge. The diversity of 'Bridge' is not only of a linguistic and cultural character, but also architectural. This building is located in the heart of the Balkan architectures that interweave through numerous historical events themselves” said Demush Bajrami, Advisor to Rector Zamir Dika. He described the University as being distinctively modern, with both local and international professors. The classrooms, lecture halls and laboratories, he explained, are equipped with computers and provide advanced teaching and learning conditions.

At SEEU Skopje over 25 study programmes are offered in the three cycle of studies, distributed through five faculties (Law; Business and Economics; Public Administration and Political Sciences; Contemporary Sciences and Technologies; and Languages, Cultures and Communications). Studies are organized in Albanian, Macedonian and English. There are scholarships allocated in cooperation with the Ministry, embassies and companies of international reputacion.
