The training ended on 21. 06. 2014 and successfully was completed by participants from the companies: Alma-M UNIQA, Bexheti Kompani, Stopanska Banka, Pneumatik, Screen Media, Alpine Center and OEMVP.
The program was structured on the basis of international standards in this field, which enabled participants to gain knowledge on various aspects of corporate governance, such as issues related to the structuring and functioning of boards, obligations and liabilities of directors, strategic leadership, corporate finance and planning issues and implementing changes.
The program offered, consisted of 12 modules and each module lasted 3 hours. After completing the training, participants received a common certificate by IFC, Business Development Centre and Institute of Directors.
Participants attended a total of 12 modules, in materials prepared by the IFC, and adapted to Macedonia, by the professors of SEE University and lecturers of the Institute of directors.
