The staff discussed and examined numerous topics: challenges of governance and management; assurance of quality; academic workload and performance metrics;research opportunities and the research profiles of academic staff; internal communication; effective student and staff complaints/appeal resolution; and internationalization and student/staff mobility, were all considered in focus presentations or workshops.
In keeping with recent custom, the winner of the High Performance Award for the academic year 2012/2013 was announced in a public ceremony during the development and training program. The winner of the award for this year is Professor Ali Pajaziti.
“I want to thank the selection committee, the President of the Board, the Rector and SEEU staff in general for this award”, said Pajaziti.
On this occasion, several other colleagues were recognized for various activities that build and promote the image of the University in the community and beyond, as well as contribute to society and the academic world.
