Part Time Studies information

From the academic year 2004-2005, SEE University is implementing a new kind of studies: Part Time Studies.
Our priority in designing part time studies was to provide you with quality of studying for achieving
knowledge and competencies.

The basic rules of part time studies are the following:

A 240 credit diploma obtained over a minimum of four years.
A mixed model consisting of 50% contact hours 50% distance studies using paper-document resources.

The pedagogical organization is as follow:..

	Week 1: Contact hours	Week 2: Distance Studies	Week 3: Contact hours	Week 4: Distance Studies
Students &Teachers	- Lectures -Practical classes		- Lectures - Practical classes
Student	Attends the course	Does distance studies and distance work. - home - office - library - resource centre - computer centre - Internet place… Asks questions to the teacher.	Brings distance work	Same as week2
Teachers	Gives description of distance work: Objectives Production Resources	Gives advice : - Face to face (office hours) - E-mail - Telephone (office telephone)	Gives feed-back on distance work. Gives description of distance work: Objectives Production Resources	Corrects distance work. Gives advice: - Face to face (office hours) - E-mail - Telephone (office telephone)
