The General Directory of education and culture of European Commission in Brussels in cooperation with the European Training Foundation from Torino –Italy and National Tempus office at the Ministry of Education and Science in relation with the activities of the promotion of Tempus program on 24th of October organized National Information day of the TEMPUS program. At this event were present representatives of all accredited higher education institutions in Republic of Macedonia, state institutions, civil society and other partners.
On behalf of SEEU attended the Pro-Rector for Development and Financial Affairs/ acting Pro-Rector for Research and IR, Prof. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, members of International Relations Office and representatives of the Faculties.
The welcome speech was delivered by the Rector of the University of Sts Cyril and Methodius, Prof. Gjorgji Martinovski, and the Minister of Education and Science of Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Sulejman Rushiti.
A presentation on Guide for Applicants was delivered by Ms.Varvara Kazira-Lemonias, General Directory of education and culture of European Commission.
Priorities for common European Projects for 2006 were presented by, Ms.Snezhana Bilik, Ministry of Education and Science-National TEMPUS Office.
Recommendations for potential applicants for preparing a TEMPUS applications and discussion - Prof. Marjan Gushev, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of Sts Cyril and Methodius.
ECTS Training Seminar in Struga, 17-20 October 2006,

In the framework of TEMPUS Project SM SCM-C013B04-2004 KOSOVO
the training for better and successful implementation of ECTS
was held in Struga, from 17th-20th of October, 2006.
Among participants from Prishtina University and the State University of Tetova, participants from South East European University (SEEU) were from the following departments: Registry Office, International Relations Office, Students Services Office, IT Office, ECTS coordinators and other members from each faculty.
