    Rector of South East European University, Prof. Dr, Zamir Dika, welcomed the incoming undergraduate students. He began, "For the majority of you, the word rector is the first new word that you hear at the beginning of your student career. The position of Rector is somewhat similar to that of the director of the high schools you have come from. So this position means responsibility to manage all the promises that we make regarding the studies and the student life in campus, and to assure that we maintain the right quality.”

    In University of Technology in Bratislava (Slovakia) in the final EU Project meeting consisted of a network from more than 70 Universities all over Europe in topic: "Future Education and Training in Computing: How to support learning at any time anywhere” from 6-9 September 2016, SEEU got the Price of Best Partner for the distinguished contribution to the Project.

    On Monday (15 August 2016), representatives of South East European University (SEEU) donated food packages and hygiene items for 100 families in the residential district Hasanbeg which suffered from the catastrophic floods of 6th August in the Skopje region.

  • SEEU Deepens Cooperation with the University of Istanbul

  • Shakespeare Recitation Competition

    High school students from Macedonia and the Preshevo Valley showed their excellent recitation skills in the Shakespeare Recitation Competition which was held on Friday, 22nd April 2016. This contest was organized by the English Language Department--Faculty of Languages, Cultures and Communications to honour the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death.
