SEE University since November 2005, offers challenging second cycle study programs. The University offers a variety of post-graduate study programs, which are international by the field, interactive by the process and interdisciplinary by the content and approach.
SEEU offers the following second cycle study programs (postgraduate):
According to 4 +1 system of studies (three semesters programs - 90 ECTS)
According to 3 +2 system of studies (four semesters programs - 120 ECTS)
All programs offered by SEEU, are accredited by the Accreditation Board of the Republic of Macedonia. The quality of programs is under continuous control by mechanisms for quality assurance, which include a very ambitious program of staff development, teaching observations and many other issues.

Our goal is for our students to be satisfied with the courses they take, to gain experience in thinking differently and to leave with useful knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to providing quality knowledge, by using a combination of traditional methods with more innovative teaching, such as interactive and electronic learning (e-learning). Lectures play a crucial role in teaching, by covering the topics and the most important issues related to the courses. Seminars and exercises provide structure for more detailed explanations, analysis and discussions in small groups with teachers and the exchange of ideas. SEEU applies a wide range of assessment methods, which are designed in a manner that create the best opportunities to demonstrate your skills. These include written and oral examinations, projects and seminar works, and active participation. It is the only university in the region that publishes on-line the grades through the "e-grading," system. Through the portal of SEEU at "eServices", students are able to see their grades online within a few seconds after the posting announcement is made by the professor.
